I, the CHARTERER understand that I will be responsible for any damages to the Vessel Starship 4 LLC, including but not limited to: furniture, appliances, electronics, tables, floor, bathrooms and toilets, as well as any other damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by the me personally, or any of my guests onboard. Any damages will result on incidental chargers to the credit card above.

I, the CHARTERER authorize The Charter Agency, in representation of Starship 4 LLC, to charge the credit card on file, in behalf of any vessel booked, for damages, if any, created by me or any of any of my guests onboard this charter or event. If a different payment method was used, I hereby agree to pay for such damages via a new credit card , wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or another payment method acceptable by the service provider.

I, the CHARTERER certify that I am the rightful and authorized owner of the credit card above and will not dispute these transactions with my bank or credit card company, as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this incidental/damages form. I understand that providing false credit card information, or a credit card that doesn’t belong to me, with intent to defraud the issuer or a person or organization providing money, goods, services, or anything else of value or any other person, signs a credit card violates this subsection and is subject to the severe penalties under the law.
